All quotes, inspections, treatments, contracts, guarantees, and warranties are established solely between you and the independent responding contractor.
2. Independent Contractor Relationship
All contractors participating in our telephone network are independent business entities. No partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, or agency relationship exists between Pest In Peace and any participating contractor. Pest In Peace does not control, supervise, or oversee the physical methods, chemical choices, or safety practices of responding pros.
3. Consumer Verification Responsibility
While our coordinators strive to connect callers with reputable local contractors, consumers are advised to verify that any responding contractor maintains an active charter and valid certification with the Georgia Department of Agriculture Structural Pest Control Commission (SPCC) for the required category (Household Pest Control or Wood-Destroying Organisms).
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, Pest In Peace, its owners, directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the work, conduct, chemical applications, delays, property damage, or omissions of any independent contractor connected through this platform.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
